To enhance your booking experience, we will remember essential details like your name, address, and card information for auto-fill and smart suggestions when using Vuelo. Data is securely obtained through user input, previous transactions, and app usage patterns. Your privacy is paramount.

By collecting information during your interactions with Vuelo, we streamline the process for future use. When you return to Vuelo, you'll only need to provide minimal details like your email and postal code.

These cookies enable us to locate and automatically fill in the information you previously provided, as long as you are using the same device. Once you log in, we will ensure that you stay logged in with your Vuelo account, making it convenient for your future interactions.

By choosing to save your card details with Vuelo, you are giving consent for us to charge the saved card for future purchases made through Vuelo. Rest assured, you will not be charged until you initiate a purchase. In the event that the default card on file cannot be charged for a particular purchase, including installment plans or subscriptions, you agree that Vuelo will attempt to charge one of the other cards you have registered in your Vuelo User Account.
The Vuelo App serves as your booking assistant accessible on your mobile devices or web portal. By using the Vuelo App, you can pay for purchases, track your bookings, receive booking tips, and more. Some features are activated by downloading the Vuelo App or logging in on the web portal, while others can be activated by you after login. Vuelo aims to provide the best booking experience, offering access to a wide range of stores. We may not have a commercial relationship with all sites, in which case, Vuelo acts as a web browser or search engine, redirecting you to the site’s website in the integrated web browser.

The Vuelo App is available through third-party distribution platforms (Application Stores), and prior registration with the relevant Application Store may be required. Vuelo has no control over the collection, processing, and use of personal data by the respective Application Store operators.
Vuelo provides you with a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the Service. The Service, along with its features in the Vuelo App, is offered free of charge, unless explicitly specified otherwise. However, if you opt for one of Vuelo's payment options, different terms and conditions will apply, and there might be applicable interest and fees. To ensure clarity, please review the provided information for the specific payment method you have chosen.
These Terms may undergo revisions occasionally, such as in the event of updates to the Vuelo App. We will provide you with a 30-day advance notice of any such changes. When utilizing the Service, it is essential to provide accurate information and utilize your genuine identity. As further elaborated in section 12, it is mandatory to keep your contact information up-to-date. Engaging in activities involving information that does not pertain to you, or for which you lack proper authorization, or using the Service in a manner conflicting with these Terms, will be considered as misuse. The Service must not be employed to contravene any applicable laws or to purchase any items that are illegal in your country. Additionally, you are prohibited from using any software or device intended to disrupt the Service or extract personal or other data from other individuals.
By uploading, sharing, or importing any content to Vuelo, such as images, texts, reviews, receipts, information on goods, nicknames, service or bookings, or any other content, you grant Vuelo a royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable right to use and display the content for the purpose of delivering the Service. Please note that when you share content, it becomes publicly available, meaning that information about you becomes accessible to others and may be further utilized and shared by other individuals. You are only allowed to upload, publish, or share content that you have the right to use and that does not infringe upon any laws, regulations, these Terms, or third-party rights.
We retain the right to remove any content uploaded or shared by you under circumstances where we are obligated to do so by law or perceive it to be offensive, unlawful, infringing upon the rights of others, or otherwise objectionable. It is important to note that you bear responsibility for any content you upload, publish, or share. You agree not to upload, publish, or share content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, violates the rights of others, offensive, or criminal (such as promoting agitation against ethnic groups, child pornography, or unlawful depictions of violence). Vuelo reserves the right, without obligation, to monitor, review, adjust, deactivate, or remove content for the reasons stated above. It is acknowledged and agreed that uploading, importing, or sharing abusive, threatening, or offensive content, or content that violates the law or your agreement with Vuelo, may result in the termination or deactivation of your access to the Service.
You bear full responsibility for any content you upload, publish, and share, and you agree to indemnify and safeguard Vuelo from any damages, losses, or costs arising from such actions, including third-party claims against Vuelo.
In cases where you cause the processing of sensitive personal data (e.g., political or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health-related information, biometrics, sex life, sexual orientation/practices, etc.) by us, for instance, by uploading, publishing, or sharing data in the Vuelo App, you explicitly grant your consent for us to process that data to carry out our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the login details of your Vuelo User Account and ensuring their security. The Service is intended for your personal use only, and it is not permissible for anyone else to utilize the Service or your Vuelo User Account on your behalf. Granting access to the Service or your Vuelo User Account to others is strictly prohibited, and any such unauthorized access will be treated as a breach of your security obligations. Any data related to misuse or suspected misuse may be retained for future risk assessment.
Upon logging in, you may remain logged in until you actively log out or remain inactive for 60 days, at which point you will be automatically logged out. To prevent unauthorized use of the Service or inadvertent disclosure of your personal data, ensure that only you have access to your login details and always log out from your Vuelo User Account when leaving your computer or device unattended. You are liable for any unauthorized use of your Vuelo User Account or unintended disclosure of your personal data resulting from the loss of login details or leaving your device unattended.
Vuelo has implemented additional security features to protect your account from unauthorized access. These measures may also include updating your account information in case of discrepancies or changes not actively made by you.
Should you decide to terminate your Vuelo User Account, you can request it by contacting our customer service. Alternatively, you can cease using your Vuelo User Account. In the event of termination by either you or us, any unused Points in your account at the termination date will be forfeited.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other terms or conditions associated with any advertising material related to the Service, these conditions will take precedence.
The Vuelo app ("the app") or Vuelo website ("the website") enables you to secure flights, accommodation (“Stays”) or other travel products and services (the “Service”) and pay over time utilizing flexible payment terms that, subject to eligibility, will be offered to you in the app or website.
The Terms of Booking Service along with your booking confirmation (the "Booking Confirmation"), outline the legal terms governing the provision of Travel Services to you through our Service. They also encompass any interactions or communications you engage in with us through our Service.
Your use of the Booking Service is contingent upon your acceptance of the Terms of Booking Service, available here. If you do not agree to the Terms of Service of Terms of Booking Service, please refrain from using our Service or booking a Travel Service.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, and your future use of our Service following changes to these Terms is subject to your acceptance of those updated Terms. These Terms apply to all bookings conducted through the app or website and compliance with these terms is mandatory whenever you make a reservation using the app or website.
To facilitate the Booking Service, the Vuelo entity associated with your account will furnish the underlying payment services (e.g., debiting your Vuelo account for the Booking amount post-booking confirmation in the app).
For instance, if you are a customer of LV 001 Limited, LV 003 Limited will provide the Booking Service, while LV 001 Limited will furnish the underlying payment services, as outlined in the User terms for Vuelo's service. Your rights and obligations as a Vuelo user under the User Terms pertain specifically to the regulated payment services.
If you utilize Google Maps in conjunction with the Service, for example, by searching for your address in the address bar, the Google Maps/Google Earth Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy will apply. Additionally, to prevent misuse of the Service, Vuelo may use reCAPTCHA, in which case Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will also apply.
This Agreement remains in effect indefinitely until either you or Vuelo terminate it.
You have the right to request termination of this Agreement at any time for any reason by directly contacting us. Vuelo will grant the termination of your access to the App once all amounts owed to us (including late fees) have been paid in full, and there are no ongoing disputes or refunds.
Even after the termination of this Agreement (by you or Vuelo), you will remain responsible for any outstanding amounts owed to Vuelo, including late fees. In such a scenario, we will provide you with information on how to make the necessary payments.
Vuelo may suspend, limit your access to the Service, or terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms, or when we reasonably believe it is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations. For example:
Vuelo will provide you with a three months' advance notice of any suspension, limitation, or termination, unless restricted by law or due to a court, regulatory, or public authority order, or if it might hinder an ongoing investigation.
In the event that Vuelo cannot provide the Service for any reason or decides to cease providing the Service, we may terminate this Agreement by giving a minimum of three months' written notice. Such notice will be sent to the email address associated with the relevant Vuelo User Account.
Upon entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that the Service will commence, and consequently, there is no right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, you retain the right to terminate these terms at any time.
Vuelo and our affiliates hold no liability for your use of the Service or any products purchased through it. This means we are not obligated to compensate you for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profit or claims from other parties. Any information provided by us does not create any warranty or guarantee.
Product specifications and other information may have been sourced from suppliers, manufacturers, merchants, publications, publicists, or public-domain sources. While Vuelo aims to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information on the website, we cannot guarantee its reliability or accuracy.
We encourage users to conduct their own research before making purchases from the stores listed on our service to verify the accuracy of prices. All actions taken by users of the website are their individual responsibility, and Vuelo cannot guarantee the correctness of any information or be held liable for any actions based on product and pricing information provided.

Merchants listed on the Vuelo site are independent third parties, and Vuelo does not act as a principal, agent, or broker for any advertisers. Your relationship with any merchant you interact with through this site is solely between you and the merchant. Vuelo will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from any business conducted with our merchants or the content provided by such merchants through the Site.
In essence and unless otherwise stated, we grant you access to shops, merchants, and offers, but we are not involved in the supply of the products you purchase through them.
Vuelo does not have any warranty, compensation, maintenance, support, or availability obligations for the Service, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law. Vuelo accepts no responsibility or liability for: (a) Vuelo User Accounts created using incorrect or inaccurate information; (b) technical malfunctions, failures, errors, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or communications, line failures, regardless of cause, relating to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Service; (c) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet, and/or any website; (d) injury or damage to any person's computers or mobile devices resulting from any attempt to use the Service; or (e) any matter outside of its reasonable control.
Our liability to you is not excluded or limited where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter for which it would be illegal to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also initiate proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also initiate proceedings in Scotland.
These Terms are exclusively available in English, and no other languages will be applicable to these Terms.
