The Vuelo app ("the app") or Vuelo website ("the website") enables you to secure flights, accommodation (“Stays”) or other travel products and services (the “Service”) and pay over time utilizing flexible payment terms that, subject to eligibility, will be offered to you in the app or website.
These terms of service (the "Terms") along with your booking confirmation (the "Booking Confirmation"), outline the legal terms governing the provision of Travel Services to you through our Service. They also encompass any interactions or communications you engage in with us through our Service.
Your use of our Service is contingent upon your acceptance of these Terms. To book a Travel Service, you must also agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Service or booking a Travel Service.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, and your future use of our Service following changes to these Terms is subject to your acceptance of those updated Terms. These Terms apply to all bookings conducted through the app or website and compliance with these terms is mandatory whenever you make a reservation using the app or website.
To facilitate the Service, the Vuelo entity associated with your account will furnish the underlying payment services ( e.g., debiting your Vuelo account for the Booking amount post-booking confirmation in the app).
For instance, if you are a customer of LV 001 Limited, LV 003 Limited will provide the Service, while LV 001 Limited will furnish the underlying payment services, as outlined in the User terms for Vuelo's service. Your rights and obligations as a Vuelo user under the User Terms pertain specifically to the regulated payment services.
"we", "us", or "our" refer to LV 003 Limited with registered office: 222 Regent Street London, W1B 5TR, United Kingdom, registered in England and Wales No. 15064206 which provides our Service.
"our Group of Companies" refers to us, and our subsidiaries and corporate affiliates.
"our Partners" refers to any affiliated, co-branded, or linked website through which our Group of Companies provides content or service.
"our Service" refers to the provision of our websites, apps, and online tools that enables you to secure flights, accommodation (“Stays”) or other travel products and services (the “Service”) and pay over time utilizing flexible payment terms that, subject to eligibility, will be offered to you in the app or website.
"Travel Provider" refers to the travel supplier making available the Travel Services to you through our Service.
"Travel Services" refers to the travel services made available to you by the relevant Travel Provider(s) through our Service, such as stays at a property, flights, car rental, or things to do.
"you" refers to you, the traveller, using our Service or making a booking with our Service.
In addition to these Terms, other terms and conditions provided by Travel Providers (such as an airline’s conditions of carriage, a property’s terms and conditions, or a car rental company’s rental agreement, etc.) also apply to your booking ("Rules and Restrictions").
To make a booking, you must accept the Rules and Restrictions of the Travel Provider that you select (such as payment of due amounts, refundability, penalties, availability restrictions, and use of fares or services, etc). The relevant Rules and Restrictions are provided to you before you make a booking and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Adherence to these terms and any applicable booking and cancellation policies for your selected Booking is imperative. This entails following Expedia’s Terms and Conditions. Additionally, for all Bookings, strict adherence to the relevant booking and cancellation policy for each booking is required (further details are provided in these terms).
If you violate a Travel Provider's Rules and Restrictions, your booking may be cancelled, and you may be denied access to the relevant Travel Service. You may also lose any money paid for such booking, and we or the Travel Provider may debit your account for any costs we or they incur as a result of such violation.
Travel Providers may either be individuals acting on a consumer-to-consumer basis or professionals operating on a business-to-consumer basis. On our Service, we label listings as "private host" or "private supplier" where the Travel Provider has notified us that they are acting in the capacity as an individual (non-professional). If you enter into an agreement with an individual on a consumer-to-consumer basis, please be aware that consumer law will not apply in relation to your contract with the Travel Provider. The Travel Provider is solely responsible for determining whether or not they are operating as a consumer or a business and for any representations they make to you with respect to their status.

At the search results page, you will see our default sort order; however, you can select how to sort your results and also use filter options to prioritize results based on your chosen preferences, such as price, guest review score, or other criteria.
Redirection and third-party Services
If you are redirected from our Service to a third-party Service (such as for car rental) to make a travel booking, please bear in mind that any bookings made through such a Service will be with the third-party and not with us.
We are not responsible for bookings made through third-party Services, and we have no liability to you in respect of such a booking. The terms and conditions of the third-party service provider will set out what rights you have against them and will explain their liability to you.
Your Booking Confirmation includes the essential elements of your booking, such as the description of the Travel Service(s) booked and the price.
Your Booking Confirmation will be sent via email when you book and any relevant travel documents will be available under the Purchases section of the app when you book.
For Departure Restricted bookings, some essential elements of your booking maybe withheld until such time that your plan is settled In full or settled in line with the terms and conditions of the relevant payment plan terms and conditions.
If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation within 24 hours of making your booking, please contact us.
Price
The price of the Travel Service(s) will be as displayed on our Service, except in cases of obvious error. Prices for Travel Services are dynamic and can change at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings already accepted, except in cases of obvious error. We display many Travel Services, and we try hard to ensure that the displayed price is accurate.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our Service. If there is an obvious error and you have made a booking, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your booking by paying the correct price, or we will cancel your booking without penalty.
We have no obligation to make available Travel Services to you at an incorrect (lower) price even after you have been sent a Booking Confirmation if the error should reasonably have been apparent to you.
Taxes
The prices displayed through our Service may include taxes or tax recovery charges. Such taxes or tax recovery charges may encompass amounts associated with value-added tax, goods and services tax, sales tax, occupancy tax, and other taxes of a similar nature.
Taxes or tax recovery charges are generally calculated or estimated on the prices displayed through our Service before any discounts (including those funded by us), coupons, and loyalty rewards that may be applicable to your booking, unless those discounts, coupons, and loyalty rewards are considered as a reduction in price for the purposes of calculating or estimating taxes in the relevant jurisdiction for the booking.
In certain jurisdictions, you may be responsible for paying local taxes imposed by local tax authorities (such as city taxes or tourist taxes, etc.). Our Group of Companies or the Travel Provider may charge you such local taxes. Our Group of Companies will notify you of any local taxes that will be payable by you before you complete your booking, where such taxes have been notified to our Group of Companies by the Travel Provider.
The amount of local taxes can change between the booking date and stay date. If taxes have changed by your stay date, you may be liable to pay taxes at the higher rate.
Payment processing
For certain Travel Services, payment may be charged by more than one party (as will be shown on your payment method statement). However, the total amount charged will not exceed the total price of all the Travel Services.
When payment is taken at the time of your booking and paid for in the local currency of our Service (as relevant), the company taking that payment (via third-party payment processors) and charging your payment method will be the company set out next to the relevant location of our Service in the table below.
Location | Our company taking your payment |
United Kingdom | LV 003 Limited (Trading As Vuelo Booking Services) |
Notwithstanding the governing law and jurisdiction paragraph in Section 12 (General) of these Terms, where one of our companies (as set out in the table above) takes your payment (via third-party payment processors) and charges your payment method, the law governing that payment transaction will be the laws of the location of such company.
Payment verification
You authorize the relevant company (as set out in the table above) or the Travel Provider to:
Fees charged by banks
Some banks and card issuers impose fees for international or cross-border transactions. For example, if you make a booking using a card issued in a different country from the Travel Provider’s location or you choose to transact in a currency that is different from the local currency of our Service, your card issuer may charge you an international or cross-border transaction fee.
Additionally, some banks and card issuers impose fees for currency conversion. For example, if you make a booking in a currency different from the currency of your credit card, your card issuer may convert the booking amount to the currency of your credit card and charge you a conversion fee. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please Customer Services.
Fees charged by us
In consideration of arranging and servicing your travel reservation/booking, we reserve the right to impose a Vuelo Service fee. If such a service fee applies, it will be clearly displayed and notified to you before you agree to proceed with the reservation/booking.
Currency conversion
Any currency conversion rates displayed on our Service are based on public sources and current exchange rates, which may vary between the time a booking is made and the time of travel. Such rates are provided for information purposes only, and while we seek to provide accurate information, our Group of Companies does not guarantee the accuracy of such conversion rates because they are not within our control.
Fraud
If a booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, association with a government-sanctioned person or entity, or other suspicious activity, we may request additional information from you.
If we reasonably conclude that a booking or account is associated with fraud, abuse, a government-sanctioned person or entity, or suspicious activity, we may:
Please contact us regarding the cancellation of a booking or the closure of an account.
Cancellations or changes (including changes to the travel date, destination, place where the trip starts, property, or means of transport) to a booking can be made by contacting us.
You do not have an automatic right to cancel or change a booking unless allowed by the relevant Travel Provider under their Rules and Restrictions (which are provided to you before you make a booking).
Travel Providers may charge you fees for cancelling (in full or part) or changing a booking. Such fees will be set out in the Rules and Restrictions. You agree to pay any charges that you incur. Please be aware that for changes, the price of your new arrangements will be based on the applicable price at the time you ask us to make the change. This price may not be the same as when you originally booked the Travel Services. Prices tend to increase the closer to the departure date that the change is made.
Please read the relevant Rules and Restrictions so you know which terms apply to your booking. For example:
If you book a stay at a property and you do not cancel or change your booking before the relevant cancellation policy period, you may be subject to the cancellation or change charges as shown in the relevant Rules and Restrictions.
Some properties do not permit cancellations of or changes to bookings after they are made.
If you make a Pay Later booking and you do not show up or cancel the booking, the property may impose a no-show or cancellation charge as shown in the relevant Rules and Restrictions, and you will be charged the property's no-show or cancellation charge.
If you do not show up or fail to use some or all of the Travel Services booked, refunds may only be due to you in line with the relevant Rules and Restrictions.
Where a cancellation affects more than one person on a booking (for example, two airline tickets booked on a single itinerary, etc.), any applicable cancellation charge will be applied in respect of each person on the cancelled booking.
If you want to cancel or change any part of a booking and such cancellation or change is allowed by the relevant Travel Provider, then, in addition to any charges imposed by the Travel Provider, we may also charge you an administration fee. If such an administration fee applies, it will be notified to you before you agree to proceed with the change/cancellation.
Other cancellation or change
We (and the relevant Travel Provider) may cancel your booking if full payment for the booking, or any applicable cancellation/change charge or fee relating to a booking, is not received when due.
If we discover that you are in violation of our terms and conditions, the relevant Travel Provider, any applicable booking and cancellation policies, these Terms, or the User terms for Vuelo's service associated with your Vuelo account (collectively referred to as the "Applicable Terms"), we reserve the authority to cancel your booking. In such cases, you shall not be eligible for any refund for bookings made during the period of non-compliance.
For a variety of reasons (such as a property being overbooked due to connectivity issues or a property being closed due to a hurricane, etc.), it is possible that a booking may be cancelled or changed by the Travel Provider or us. If this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative options/assistance where possible or a refund.
Refund
Any refunds will be transferred back to you to the payment method you used to make the original booking via your Vuelo account. Such refunds will be made by the party that took your original payment. We do not have visibility of a Travel Provider’s refund process. Our Service fees are not refundable unless stated otherwise during the booking process.
This section provides details of the terms relevant to the specific Travel Services provided by the Travel Provider. These details are not exhaustive and do not replace the relevant Rules and Restrictions, which are provided to you before you make a booking.
Each Travel Service is offered separately and is subject to the relevant Rules and Restrictions of the Travel Provider. Please also read this section, which will also apply to your booking as applicable. If there is any inconsistency between this section and the relevant Rules and Restrictions, the relevant Rules and Restrictions prevail.
A. Stays
Our Service may provide you with the option to Pay in Instalments, Pay in Full or Pay Later. Room rates (including any applicable taxes and fees) are displayed to you through our Service under the Pay in Instalments, Pay in Full or Pay Later options. Please note that taxes and fees may vary depending on which payment option you choose. Tax rates and foreign exchange rates may change in the time between booking and your stay.
Pay In Instalments
The option to "pay In instalments" will be clearly presented in the app for your convenience. If you opt for " pay In instalments" when booking, you must agree to furnish Vuelo with your card details to secure the reservation. Although our travel provider will record your booking, the actual payment for your accommodation may from time to time be processed closer to your arrival time or upon your arrival at the designated accommodation.
Pay Later
If you select the Pay Later payment option, the Travel Provider typically will charge your payment method in the local currency at the time of your stay or as otherwise notified to you during the booking process.
Pay in full
Opting for "pay in full" when booking involves the Vuelo entity associated with your Vuelo account debiting the Stay amount from your chosen payment card or method. The transaction details will be visible in the Purchases section of your Vuelo account.
Deposit
Some Travel Providers require a payment card or cash deposit at check-in to cover extra expenses incurred during your stay. Such deposit is not related to any payment received by the relevant company (as set out in Section 4 (Payment) for your booking.
First night no-show
If you do not show for the first night of your stay booking, but plan to check in for the subsequent nights, please confirm this with us before the original check-in date. If you do not confirm this, then your whole booking may be cancelled. Refunds for no-shows will only be due to you in line with the relevant Rules and Restrictions of the property.
Group bookings
You may not book more than 8 rooms through our Service for the same property for the same stay dates. If you book more than 8 rooms in separate bookings, we may cancel your bookings. We may also charge you a cancellation fee, and if you paid a non-refundable deposit, such deposit may be forfeited.
Ratings
The ratings displayed on our Service provide an indication of what you might anticipate from properties that exhibit that rating level, which may be determined by local or national star rating organizations where applicable. These standards might vary from those in your own country. It's important to note that the ratings displayed on our site do not assure or promise any specific feature or amenity. Further details can be found in the "Overview" or "Amenities" section of the property details page. Please be aware that these guidelines are subject to change, and neither our Group of Companies nor our Partners can ensure the accuracy of any particular rating displayed on our Service at any given time.
Meals
If meals are included in your stay booking, the number of meals provided depends on the duration of your stay. Full board typically includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while half board typically includes breakfast and either lunch or dinner. Please note that no refunds will be available if one or more meals are not consumed.
Vrbo Holiday Rentals
When booking a holiday rental property distributed through our Service from Vrbo or one of the Vrbo brands (Stayz, Bookabach, FeWo Direkt, and Abritel), referred to as a "Vrbo Holiday Rental," the terms and conditions presented to you during the booking process by Vrbo apply to your payment and booking of the Vrbo Holiday Rental.
B. Flights
The Rules and Restrictions of the Travel Providers for flight Travel Services are provided to you before making a booking. If you pay our Group of Companies (which is received on behalf of the Travel Provider) for a standalone flight booking, we will act as the agent of such Travel Provider. Your contract for the flight is between you and the relevant Travel Provider.
Please note that the price and availability of your flight are only guaranteed once your purchase of the Travel Service is completed and your tickets are issued.
Low-cost flights
For certain flights, the price displayed may have been converted from another currency. This is for convenience purposes to provide you with an estimated price in your local currency. The actual amount charged by the airline may differ due to varying exchange rates applied by banks and card issuing companies. However, you will be provided with the amount proposed to be charged by the airline before completing the booking. Please refer to Section 4 (Payment) for information on fees that may be charged by banks and card issuers.
Please note that some flights with low-cost airlines can only be changed or cancelled by contacting the airline directly. We may not be advised if you change or cancel a flight with your airline directly, or if the airline makes any changes to your flight schedule. Such changes may also not be reflected in the itinerary we provide to you through our Service. Therefore, we recommend printing out any subsequent itinerary change emails you receive directly from the airline.
Site redirection
In some instances, you may be redirected from our Service to the airline's website to finalize your booking and payment. In such scenarios, your contract for any booking is directly with the relevant airline Travel Provider. Our Group of Companies bears no association with or liability for any such bookings.
Flight terms and conditions
You acknowledge and agree to the following:
Airlines have ultimate control over their schedules, and they reserve the right to change or cancel flights for various reasons (such as mechanical issues or adverse weather conditions). Whenever the airline provides us with information regarding changes or cancellations to your itinerary, we will promptly communicate this information to you and assist you in evaluating your options. It is advisable to verify the scheduled departure time of your flight before your travel date.
Airlines manage seating arrangements, and we cannot guarantee the availability of specific seats, even if they have been pre-booked.
If you book a return flight but fail to use the outward flight, the airline may cancel the return flight without providing a refund.
For special or charter flights, the airline, flight schedule, aircraft type, itinerary, and potential stops are provided as an indication only. These details may be subject to change even after confirmation, so please review the relevant Rules and Restrictions before making a booking.
Some airlines impose additional charges for services such as meals, luggage, and preferred seat selection. Unless we offer these optional services for booking through our Service, any information regarding these additional services and associated charges displayed on our Service is for informational purposes only and may be updated by airlines at any time. If we do provide the option to book such extras through our Service, the price of these optional extras will be clearly presented to you, and upon your selection, will be added to the total price.
You are required to adhere to the relevant Rules and Restrictions regarding the carriage of children. Children older than 2 years old on the return date must have a return ticket at a child fare for both outbound and inbound flights. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of any seat charges incurred during travel. Children under 2 years old will not be allocated their own seat unless a child fare is booked for them. Unaccompanied children under 14 years old will only be permitted to fly in accordance with the relevant Rules and Restrictions.
The carriage of hazardous materials in your luggage or on your person is generally prohibited aboard aircraft.
Combined one-way tickets
We may present you with the option to book two one-way tickets instead of a traditional return ticket. Combined one-way tickets can offer a wider selection of flights, often at lower prices, and can be arranged on the same airline or across different airlines.
It's important to note that unlike return tickets, each one-way ticket is governed by its own set of Rules and Restrictions. If one of the flights is impacted by an airline change, such as a cancellation or rescheduling, you may need to adjust the other flight accordingly. In such cases, you will be responsible for any charges or fees associated with modifying the unaffected flight.
If you choose to book one-way tickets instead of a return ticket, we will notify you of these considerations. This allows you to make an informed decision regarding the type of tickets you wish to book.
Air miles and vouchers
Air miles and vouchers from third party loyalty programs other than Vuelo’s loyalty program cannot be applied when booking flights through our Service.
Operating airlines
Flights booked with one airline may occasionally be operated by another airline. When this occurs, the details of the operating airline are provided through our Service. However, the airline that issues your ticket will be responsible for charging you for your flight, and its name will appear on your payment method statement.
No-show or cancellation
If you experience a no-show or cancellation, you may be eligible for a refund of airport taxes and fees that were included in the price of the purchased flight. To initiate this refund process, you can contact our customer services team. Once contacted, we will assist you by submitting your refund request to the airline on your behalf.
You agree that any refund received in respect of airport taxes and fees that were included in the price of the purchased flight will be used to settle any outstanding balance on your Vuelo account prior to any remaining amount being refunded to your designated payment method.
Compensation for cancellation, denied boarding and delays
If an airline cancels or delays a flight, is unable to provide previously confirmed space, fails to stop at your stopover or destination point, or causes you to miss a connecting flight for which you have a booking, you may be entitled to certain remedies from the airline under Regulation (EC) 261/2004. Further details regarding these remedies can be found here.
Airline liability
Legal statutes, international treaties, and the airline's own Rules and Restrictions typically impose limitations on an airline's liability for death, personal injury, and other damages.
EU Community list
In compliance with EU regulations, information regarding air carriers subject to an operating ban within the European Community can be accessed here.
C. Cars Payment
For certain bookings, payment for your car rental reservation may be processed by the Travel Provider rather than our Group of Companies. Upon collecting your rental car, you or the designated driver must present a valid credit card. It's essential to verify with the Travel Provider which credit cards they accept, as debit cards are not typically permitted. During the rental period, the Travel Provider may request authorization from your credit card issuer for a deposit. It is crucial for you or the driver to ensure that there is a sufficient credit limit available for this purpose. For certain larger car types, two credit cards may be required.
Failure to adhere to the above regulations may result in the Travel Provider refusing to make the vehicle available to you. As per the Rules and Restrictions, you may be obligated to pay an amount up to the full price of the car rental Travel Services in such circumstances.
Supplements
Additional charges may be incurred by you locally and payable to the Travel Provider. These charges may encompass refueling, snow tires, additional driver fees, surcharges for young drivers, child seats, delivery and collection fees, and similar items. Neither we nor the Travel Provider are liable for covering these additional charges. Requests for optional extras, such as child seats, cannot be guaranteed as they are subject to availability.
An insurance excess amount may apply in cases of theft or damage to the rental car, payable by you to the Travel Provider. The specific amount varies depending on the Travel Provider and the rental country. Purchasing optional extra insurance coverage locally can eliminate or reduce the applicable excess. Neither we nor the Travel Provider are responsible for any excess payable or for providing additional insurance coverage.
Fuel is typically not included in the rental price. In some countries, certain Travel Providers may charge for refueling when the vehicle is returned. Unless otherwise agreed, you are required to return the rental car to the same branch of the Travel Provider from which it was initially collected.
Collection and use of rental cars
Drivers are generally required to be between the ages of 21 and 75, although this may vary depending on the specific Travel Provider and rental country. It is your responsibility to verify this information with the Travel Provider. Additional charges may be applied if a driver is under 25 or over 70 years of age.
Upon collecting your rental car, you or the designated driver must present a valid full driving license corresponding to the vehicle category rented. International rentals may have different requirements for driving licenses. Please ensure to check the specific documentation required by the Travel Provider. For instance, if the driver's license is not in the Roman alphabet, an international driving license may be necessary. Moreover, when picking up the vehicle in an EU country, an international driving license is required for individuals whose driving license is not issued within the EU. Extra documentation, such as a passport or up to two forms of proof of name and address, may also be requested.
Typically, rental cars are not permitted to be taken outside of the rental country or on ferries, and additional restrictions may apply.
Cancellation of bookings and unused rental days
Refunds are not available for bookings cancelled within 6 hours of the scheduled collection time or for any unused rental days.
D. Things to do
Certain Travel Providers offering Things to Do may mandate the signing of their liability waiver before engaging in the provided Travel Service. Things to Do Travel Services typically cannot be transferred and are not subject to refunds or modifications, unless the Travel Provider cancels the services.
While travel is typically uneventful, certain destinations may pose higher risks than others. Prior to booking international travel, it is imperative to thoroughly review any travel warnings or advisories issued by relevant government authorities. It is also advised to stay vigilant and monitor such advisories throughout your journey and before your return trip to mitigate any potential disruptions.
For comprehensive travel advice, including information on restrictions, entry requirements, and risk levels associated with specific international destinations, please consult the appropriate resources. It is essential to familiarize yourself with and adhere to applicable advice, restrictions, and entry requirements to ensure a smooth and safe travel experience.
Health
You should check the recommended inoculations/vaccinations which may change at any time. You should consult your doctor before you depart. You are responsible for ensuring you:
meet all health entry requirements
receive the relevant/required inoculations/vaccinations
take all recommended medication, and
follow all medical advice in relation to your travel.
For Online medical advice for travellers can be found here. Otherwise, for medical advice regarding your journey, please contact your doctor.
Passport and visa
It is imperative to consult the relevant Embassy or Consulate for updated information regarding passport and visa requirements, as these may undergo changes. Ensure to verify this information before making any bookings or departure arrangements and allocate sufficient time for completing all necessary applications. Our Group of Companies cannot be held liable if you are denied entry onto a flight or cruise ship, or entry into any country, due to your actions, including failure to possess the correct and adequate travel documents as required by Travel Providers, authorities, or countries (including transit countries), even if you remain on board the aircraft, at the airport, or on the cruise ship.
Passport: A valid passport issued by the respective country is mandatory for all holidays offered through our Service. Certain foreign countries may stipulate that your passport remains valid for a minimum period after your entry, typically six months. If your passport is nearing its expiration date, it is essential to confirm the destination's requirements before finalizing travel plans. Additionally, the name on the passport must match the name on the ticket to ensure smooth travel and validate insurance coverage. In the event of any name changes within your party after booking but before travel (e.g., due to marriage), please inform us promptly. For further passport-related information, please visit the provided link here.
Visa: It is recommended to contact the Embassy or Consulate of the country you intend to visit, as well as the Embassy or Consulate of your country of citizenship for information on visa requirements. Some governments mandate airlines to collect personal information of all travelers. This data may be collected during check-in at the airport or at the time of booking. For any inquiries regarding this process, please reach out to the relevant airline. Our Group of Companies does not guarantee that travel to international destinations is advisable or devoid of risks. We bear no responsibility for damages or losses incurred as a result of travel to such destinations.
Liability for the Travel Services
For Travel Services provided by other Travel Providers, their liability to you will be outlined in the relevant Rules and Restrictions and we hold no liability to you for the provision of Travel Services by other Travel Providers, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Traveller Support and Complaint Handling:
Should you encounter any issues with your booked Travel Service or believe you are entitled to compensation from the Travel Provider, we will collaborate with you and the Travel Provider to address and resolve the problem.
We encourage you to report any problems with your booked Travel Service to us or the relevant Travel Provider before or during your trip whenever possible. This proactive approach allows us to promptly address the issue and minimize any inconvenience to you. Failure to report an issue before or during your trip, where feasible, may hinder our and the Travel Provider's ability to investigate and resolve the issue while you are away. Consequently, this may impact your rights under these Terms, potentially reducing any compensation owed, even to zero.
In cases where you are unable to report an issue before or during your trip (for instance, if the issue arises during the inbound journey), please notify us or the relevant Travel Provider as soon as possible after your trip. We recommend lodging any complaints within 30 days after travel. For complaints, please refer to the information provided on www.getvuelo.com. By using our Service, you consent to Vuelo communicating with you electronically regarding any complaints. If you have a complaint concerning Vuelo, you can submit it through Vuelo's customer service webpage, utilize the chat function, or contact us by calling (+44) 020 4587 9437.
Our objective is to address all complaints promptly, efficiently, and with a positive approach. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may, under certain circumstances, have the option to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service by calling 080 0023 4567 or using the online form available at https://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/contact/index.html or writing at Exchange Tower, Harbour Exchange, London, E14 9SR.

Entire agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our Service, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications (whether electronic, oral, or written) between you and us concerning our Service.
