Legal - Terms and conditions for Vuelo's Referral Program

The Referral Program of Vuelo is provided by LV 001 Limited ("Vuelo" or "we") and is governed by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). You can access the most current version of these Terms on our website at any time. By taking part in the Vuelo Referral Program (the "Program"), you agree to these Terms.

General

To fulfill the "Referral Requirements," the Advocate must:

  1. Access their individual referral invite ("Referral Invite") located in the referrals section of their account within the Vuelo mobile app.
  2. Adhere to the provided instructions to share the Referral Invite with a Referred Consumer, utilizing their preferred communication method. It is important that the Referred Consumer is either a personal family member, friend, and/or acquaintance of the Advocate, who is a resident of the UK, at least 18 years old, and possesses full legal capacity to enter into a contract.
  3. Abide by all pertinent laws concerning the transmission of electronic communications, including obtaining consent from the Referred Consumer before sending any communication whenever feasible.
  4. Refrain from disseminating their Referral Invite through mass email distributions or in public domains (online or otherwise) where the audience could potentially encompass individuals who are not family members, personal friends, or acquaintances.
  5. Avoid referring themselves to the Program or employing a duplicate email address.

To be considered eligible for participation, an individual must:

  1. Be a resident of the United Kingdom, be of at least 18 years of age, and possess the full legal capacity required to engage in a contract.
  2. Have not previously established an account or utilized the Vuelo app (whether through web or native means).
  3. Before the conclusion of the Promotional Period, follow the Referral Invite link shared by the Advocate and confirm their participation by entering their email address on the Referral Invite page.
  4. Download the Vuelo mobile app and complete the login process, selecting the United Kingdom as their designated market. The email address provided on the Referral Invite page should be used for logging in.
  5. Initiate a first "Eligible Purchase" within the app within 14 days from accepting the Advocate's Referral Invite, as delineated in step 3. An "Eligible Purchase" refers to a transaction with a minimum value of 250 GBP, utilizing a Vuelo payment method. This excludes purchases of gambling services and gift cards.
  6. Make an initial payment or installment towards a purchase executed through a Vuelo payment method.

These Terms (including any disputes or claims that are not based on a contract and arise from them) are regulated by and will be interpreted following the laws of England and Wales. In any lawsuit or other legal proceeding concerning any aspect or matter associated with these Terms, you agree to the non-exclusive authority of the courts of England and Wales, even if you possess the right as a consumer to present any disputes related to this program to the courts and jurisdiction of your habitual place of residence. If you reside in Northern Ireland or Scotland, you may also initiate legal action in your local courts.
